Pilot in Command ?
Heckfield fly-inn - Manuello, the die-hard never give Up

If Manuello says he is going to be there then he will - in fareness to us all, the weather was grim for the entire week-end to say the least. I met with Romano, Rick and Len at the hangers on Saturday morning, really finding it hard to accept that we were, not going anywhere that day. We had some coffee, re-fuelled and once the flying school parked their aircraft, I finally had to agree, not a nice day for flying - so we stayed.

Sunday was the same until later and then it was so cold and windy, I did not even bother about going to the airfield.

Low and Behold, this morning I get an email from Manuello, our die-hard. He went out on Monday morning and did the trip to Heckfield. Here is an allmost verbatim copy of his email and some pictures.

"Report from Manuel to Pedro."

"Saturday grey and raining day, I watch TV in front of The fire place.(No fly) Sunday heavy wind , did some shopping with Ana more TV. We have coffee and Tee with Ramon friend Allan(owner of Jab 3.3 Lt) nice guy. After one hour we flow back to Caboolture(120kt tail wind)….was a quick return. Please find attached some shots."

"Un abrazo fuerte"
